The GENESYS® 6x4-11 vinyl ester and polyester end-suction centrifugal pump line is designed and engineered to provide highly efficient pumping solutions. The fiberglass reinforced polymer case construction with the option of no wetted metal parts gives it compatibility with many aggressive chemistries and corrosive fluids. The unique enclosed-impeller and time-tested volute design render 1800 RPM performances at 79% efficiency.

The standard basket is 18 Gauge 316SS, constructed with 1/8” holes perforated on 3/16” staggered centers. Baskets can be fabricated with a variety of hole sizes and open areas to meet varying design requirements. The Genesys Basket Strainer (FT) offers greater temperature resistance and chemical compatibility than traditional iron, steel, and bronze strainers.

Our medium-duty PF model strainers have a clear or gray PVC body and a basket made of stainless steel or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). The standard port dimension is a 2” male thread that comes with adaptors that have a slip port. You can expect higher quality molding processing, finer materials, and excellent performance.

When used with the Advance line of pumps, it isolates all metallic parts from contact with the fluid. Alternately, corrosive chemicals require seals made of exotic alloys. The Advance 4000 is a close-coupled, end suction centrifugal pump line which is molded in glass-filled polypropylene. Its high-efficiency design makes it suitable for medium flows [to 200 GPM] and higher heads [up to 80’ TDH]. When fitted with the patented Impenatra® Seal, the Advance 4000 provides total non-metallic contact, while maintaining the benefits of a direct drive unit. The design of the pump, coupled with the chosen resins, produces a strong, durable, versatile unit. When used with the patented Impenatra® seal, the fluid pumped does not contact any metal parts. This allows it to properly handle many corrosive and chemical applications.
