To support recirculation applications requiring flow rates above 8000 GPH at high head pressures, we’ve taken all the great things from the tried and true Sequence Power 1000 series and expanded them to the 4000 series. Achieving over 13,000 GPH and a max of 80 feet of head, the 4000 broadens the performance range in the Sequence Power series. Inlet and discharge ports are both increased to 2” with an inner diameter connection of FNPT, and outer diameter buttress threads for union adaptors, field installations become less burdened; eliminating reducer-fitting and adapter-assembly costs and reducing friction losses in pump systems. The Alpha Primer series integrates a basket-type pre-filter and self-priming capabilities into one efficient package for trouble-free operation. The motor is totally enclosed, fan-cooled for durability 115V or 230V with an 8-foot cord set. Five-year limited warranty. Special features include an internal diffuser to allow for the displacement of trapped air. This type of pump will continue to move water even when there is some air in the line. The integrated strainer basket on all primer units helps protect the internal rotating parts of the pump from damage due to external debris being pulled into the pump. When used with the Advance line of pumps, it isolates all metallic parts from contact with the fluid. Alternately, corrosive chemicals require seals made of exotic alloys. The Advance 4000 is a close-coupled, end suction centrifugal pump line which is molded in glass-filled polypropylene. Its high-efficiency design makes it suitable for medium flows [to 200 GPM] and higher heads [up to 80’ TDH]. When fitted with the patented Impenatra® Seal, the Advance 4000 provides total non-metallic contact, while maintaining the benefits of a direct drive unit. The design of the pump, coupled with the chosen resins, produces a strong, durable, versatile unit. When used with the patented Impenatra® seal, the fluid pumped does not contact any metal parts. This allows it to properly handle many corrosive and chemical applications.
