Advance 1000 Pump

The Advance 1000 is molded out of high-quality glass-filled Noryl®, which gives it many advantages. It has good resistance to most acids, alkalis, and inorganics. Noryl® has excellent tensile strength, very low water absorption, and a continuous temperature rating of 194° F. We also offer the Advance 1000 line in polypropylene. The design of the pump, coupled with the chosen resins, produces a strong, durable, versatile unit. When used with the patented Impenatra® seal, the fluid pumped does not contact any metal parts. This allows it to properly handle many corrosive and chemical applications at a fraction of the cost of exotic alloys.

Genesys^® Impenatra^® II Seal

The Impenatra II Seal is an innovative new approach to solve many shaft sealing problems. When used in the GENESYS^® 3x2-6, it isolates all metallic parts from contact with the fluid. Alternately, corrosive chemicals require seals made of exotic alloys. You can expect excellent corrosion resistance and protection from attack by contained fluid and the surrounding environment. Easy to install and field adjustment not required. It offers great versatility at an excellent price. Reliability due to the simplicity of design and quality components.

Genesys^® 4×3-9 Pump

The GENESYS® 4x3-9 vinyl ester and polyester end-suction centrifugal pump line is designed and engineered to provide highly efficient pumping solutions. The fiberglass reinforced polymer case construction with the option of no wetted metal parts gives it compatibility with many aggressive chemistries and corrosive fluids. The unique enclosed-impeller and time-tested volute design render 1800 RPM performances at 84% efficiency.
